Chocolate Peppermint Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (125g)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 10 dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A few shakes of salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

Finely grind cashews and dates in food processor.

Add remaining ingredients and process again until everything comes together in a smooth consistency.

Refrigerate for at least ½ hour.

Form small one inch balls about with your hands.
