- 1 cup cashews (any nuts)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 10 dates
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 shakes salt
- Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup
1. Finely process cashews and dates in food processor.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process again until everything comes together in a smooth consistency.
3. Refrigerate for at least ½ hour.
4. Form small one inch balls about with your hands.
